Talented Apprentices Honoured at Awards Evening

National Apprenticeship Week 2023 allowed Riverside College to celebrate their apprentices’ incredible achievements and recognise their employers’ invaluable support and commitment at the annual Apprenticeship Award Evening.

To an audience of parents, friends and employers, the Awards Evening was a great opportunity to hear how the apprentices had developed Skills for Life during their apprenticeship and used these as a platform to progress their careers.

The awards were presented by the Mayor of Halton, Councillor Mark Dennett. The overall apprentice of the year award went to talented Painting and Decorating Apprentice Jade Oakes, the small/medium employer of the year award was to Sodecor and the large employer of the year award went to Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
