Riverside College is the nation’s No.1 for the 4th year running!
On Thursday 21st January 2016 the Department for Education (DfE) published its performance tables.
These tables show that Riverside College is the top further education college in the country on all three of its measures of vocational education. This is the fourth year running Riverside has topped a national DfE performance table.

The tables show Riverside is:
- No 1 in the country for vocational points score per entry
(The average score per examination entered)
- No 1 in the country for vocational points score per student
(The average score per student)
- No.1 in the country for vocational added value
(How much the College adds to the grade a student would have been expected to achieve given their previous qualifications)
- The average grade for a vocational student is a Distinction Star (The highest grade available which is equivalent to A* at A level)
