Jessica Wins The Great ‘College’ Bake Off 2014

Big congratulations to Jessica Rodon, apprentice at Riverside College, who won The Great ‘College’ Bake Off 2014 competition with her beautiful oversized Hazelnut Cupcake!

The incredible cakes went on sale to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The cakes were judged against strict criteria by Stephen Parkinson; Head of the Centre of Excellence in Catering and Hospitality, Catering tutor Maureen Nicholls and – last year’s competition winner – IT tutor Ryan Turner. Well done to everybody involved!
