Riverside’s ‘Green Project’ Nominated at the Hydrogen UK Annual Conference and Awards
Riverside College are delighted to be runners up at the Hydrogen UK Annual Conference and Awards in the ‘Green Project’ category.
Taking place at Solihull’s National Conference Centre, individuals and companies were celebrated for their exceptional achievements in helping drive the Hydrogen Industry.
The college was represented at the event by Andy James, Head of Engineering & Construction, and Craig Scott, Hydrogen & Welding Lecturer.
Riverside College were nominated in the ‘Green Project’ category for their state-of-the-art Hydrogen Training Centre; a new learning facility that underscores the college’s dedication to advancing green energy initiatives.
This innovative project marks the introduction of new green energy courses designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a seamless transition into the industry and to support employers with upskilling their existing staff with new skill sets specific to the development of green growth.
