Entry Requirements:
4 GCSEs at grade 9 – 3 including English Language and Maths.
What will I learn on this course?
You will cover a range of modules including the preparation of desserts, biscuits, cakes, pastries, and sponges. Different types of bread and basic chocolate and confectionery skills. You will also complete modules in food safety, health and safety, and nutrition.
What will this course lead onto?
You can work in the catering industry as a baker or progress onto a higher-level bakery or confectionary course.
