Learners will have an understanding the importance of quality of care, roles and responsibilities in relation to best practice, recognise ability to communicate effectively and enhance the person-centred approach and the value and risks associated to infection/health/wellbeing/safety

Learning Journey Blog: This will be updated throughout the programme giving the learner the opportunity to reflect on their individual skills and development enhancing duty of care and the quality and impact in the health care environment. Portfolio: Learners will produce a portfolio demonstrating the knowledge gathered through the programme to support understanding of health care practice.
